Choum Reap Suor Cambodia!

I don’t know much about Cambodian cuisine, but if it’s anything like the food of it’s neighboring countries (Vietnam, Thailand, Laos), then I’m in for a real treat.  The Cambodian cookbook I ordered weeks and weeks ago must be on the slow boat to Hawaii… no sign of it yet :(

Hoping it’ll get here soon.  In the meantime I’ve found plenty of inspiration in some other cookbooks and online to get me started.

    Looking forward to it!

    I made the Baked Shrimp with Feta tonite for dinner. Holy mother that was some good stuff. I just finished a post and linked back to your recipe.

    So far, in the fairly short amount of time I've known you existed, Greece has been my favorite.

    Can't wait to see what's comin' out of your kitchen next…..
